ABOUT AMANTEK

Practical IT support for the people who keep things running.

We’re a UK-based IT support team for schools, small businesses, shops and local organisations.

OUR STORY

Technology should empower people, not frustrate them.

Amantek was founded on a simple belief: technology should empower people, not frustrate them. We’re a UK-based IT support team built for schools and small businesses, the organisations that keep everything running but rarely get the IT attention they deserve.

We know what it’s like when the network goes down during a busy day, when emails stop syncing, when nobody on the team has the time or expertise to sort it out. That’s where we come in. Between us, we cover the full range: networks, cloud, security, and the everyday fixes that keep your day moving. We don’t just fix problems, we help you stay ahead of them.

MEET OUR FOUNDER

Vamuyan Sileaf

Founder, Amantek

Vamuyan has built his career in IT, mostly in education. He has led technology teams that students and staff depend on every day, and grown a small team into a bigger one.

Amantek started from a simple belief: technology should empower people, not frustrate them. Schools and small businesses so often cope with IT on their own, and they deserve someone in their corner who explains things plainly and fixes them properly.

He leads the way he would want to be led: keep the conversation open, listen properly, and give people room to grow. It shapes how Amantek works, with plain English, honest advice and only what you actually need.

“If I can do it, everyone can.”

OUR APPROACH

Our Approach

We believe IT support should be practical and honest. That means explaining things in plain English, recommending only what you actually need, and making sure the fix lasts. Whether it’s setting up a new office, securing your network, or recovering a laptop that won’t boot, we treat every job like it matters, because to you it does.

Plain English

We explain things the way we’d want them explained to us, without the jargon.

Only what you need

We recommend what’s actually useful to you, and we’ll say when something isn’t.

A fix that lasts

We aim to solve the cause, so the same problem doesn’t come back next week.
