Is it just a website?
It can be, and some people only need that. But the real value is usually what sits behind it: a private dashboard where enquiries, bookings and customer details come together. We’ll recommend only what fits how you work.
Do we need to be technical to use it?
No. We design it so that the people who’ll use it every day find it obvious, and we train you before handover. If you get stuck later, we’re on the end of the phone.
Can you look after it once it’s built?
Yes. Hosting, security updates, backups and changes are all part of what we can do, so you’re not left with a site nobody is responsible for.
Can it connect to the tools we already use?
Often, yes. We’ll check what you use now, such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or your calendar, and tell you honestly what can be joined up and what can’t.
